Other things to note

There are two suites in the house one at the back and one on ground level. They have been fully soundproofed but like a duplex you may hear noises from time to time.

Heat is provided by the original and very desirable steam heating system, this is a system provides a super comfortable environment without hot air blowing out of vents. You may note a water hammer sound on occasion.
